MEET YOUR INSTRUCTORS

Stacey Campbell

Stacey Campbell has been doing prophetic ministry for over 35 years. She is the founder of the Canadian Prophetic Council, and has helped launch prophetic roundtables in several nations. She serves as an honorary member of the Apostolic Council of Prophetic Elders, presided over by Dr. Cindy Jacobs.

She has recently founded Shiloh Global, a ministry to take the gift of prophecy to all spheres of society in order to see true transformation. She and her husband, Wesley, founded a mercy organization for children at risk called “Be A Hero.” Together she and Wesley serve on the Apostolic Team of HIM (Harvest International Ministries). 

In addition, they are the authors of five books and the Praying the Bible CD series. They have ministered in over seventy nations, laboring to see people, cities, and nations transformed.

The Campbells have five grown children and live in Santa Maria, California, where they are part of the Healing Rooms of the Santa Maria Valley.

Neal and Diane Arnold

Diane Arnold is a Licensed Professional Counselor with specialties in family and
marriage counseling. Her primary practice disciplines include marriage, family and
relationship issues/concerns. Diane is also a Certified Emotion-Focused Therapist,
EMDR trauma trained and clinical supervisor. She served many years on board of
the Christian Mental Health Network (CMHN), a professional development group
for Christian counselors. She is also one of the founders of ‘The Grace Center’.
The Grace Center is a healing ministry with multiple locations. She is also a
coordinator for the family in the Shiloh Company.

Neal Arnold currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of
Sunflower Bank headquartered in Denver, CO.  Sunflower Bank has over 80
offices in CO, KS, NM, AZ and TX.  Neal has held leadership roles in the banking
industry for 30+ years.  He was the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Fifth
Third Bank.  He has significant experience implementing growth initiatives across
all business lines and has led over 40 mergers and acquisitions during his
career. He enjoys working to build leadership teams, instilling the passion and
discipline to improve profitability, grow revenues and build significant shareholder
wealth.

Neal and Diane have been married for 40 years and have three adult
children with three wonderful daughters-in-law’s. They also have a brand-new
amazing granddaughter. 

Diane and her family have participated in revival, missions and cultural
transformation efforts for the past thirty years. Their Kingdom objective is to better
demonstrate God’s love, wisdom, and power to those in need.

Debbie Bilek

Debbie Bilek is an author and motivational speaker who equips individuals, families, churches, ministries, schools, businesses, and government leaders to capture a heavenly perspective in living out God’s plans and purposes for their lives.

The Lord has healed her of fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, Sjögren’s syndrome, migraine headaches, and reflex sympathetic dystrophy. Her desire is to see people healed, delivered, and restored to their true identity in Christ. She speaks the Word of God over lives with power and authority, imparting truth and transformation.

Debbie serves as the Executive Administrator for Shiloh Global and is passionate about training and equipping others to prophesy into all societal spheres of influence.

Debbie is married to her college sweetheart. They have three adult children, an amazing daughter in law, and the most adorable grandson on the planet. 

Ruth Mangiacapre

Ruth Mangiacapre founded Impact Ministry in 2007 after co-pastoring in North Carolina. She is an author, an ordained prophet, and has traveled extensively throughout the U.S. and abroad teaching, preaching and equipping the Body of Christ.

She is ordained under Bishop Bill Hamon (Christian International) and New Day the Church at High Point in Colfax, North Carolina. She leads the Southeast Prophetic Network and is part of the pastoral leadership team at New Day Church. Prayer and intercession are a core value Ruth holds for her life and ministry. She has led intercessory teams on site in several states and has a passion for nations, having traveled to Europe, Eastern Europe, and Central and South America, believing God for reformation and revival.

Ruth has known Stacey for several years and is so honored to serve on the Shiloh Lead Team overseeing prophetic intercession. She released her first book, “Prophetic Journey,” in 2017 and is currently working on her second book. Ruth has been published on The Elijah List, Spirit Fuel, and Lance Wallnau’s 7m Underground. She was married to her wonderful husband Andy for 42 years and is a proud mother and grandmother.

Florence Nyakundi

Florence’s heart is to encourage believers across the nations of the world to a deeper intimacy with the Lord, equipping them to hear and know His voice.

She longs to be a catalyst of things God has placed in her heart. A fire starter. To see the multiplication of the gifting God has given her. She is an emerging prophetic voice currently being mentored to minister prophetically to leaders in all mountains of society.

She is also founder of a unique online ministry, Fenny Ministries where she trains and coaches giving hope to many. She leads the Personal Prophetic Division of the Shiloh Company Mentorship Group. Together with her team, her vision is to equip and mentor globally, emerging prophetic persons to go into their spheres of influence and be catalysts of transformation.

Florence is married to her high school sweetheart for 42 years. A mother to six adult girls and grandmother to 4, soon to be six, She currently works full time as a nurse in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Dr. Tina Allton

Tina is the CEO & President of Nations of Women. 
She’s the former Vice President for the Global women leaders committee for the World Business Angels Investment Forum. 

She is a disruptive visionary, a qualified Educational Psychologist, an award winning Business Mentor, certified coach, trainer and keynote speaker. She is catalyzing sustainable economic development and empowerment of women through her endeavours. She has mentored over 5000 entrepreneurs and empowered more than 35,000 women on entrepreneurship. 
Tina is recognized as one of the UK’s most influential Business Women, (UK Women’s Business Awards 2019- Finalist, UK )

Tina has spoken in 4 continents and many countries including the USA, South America, The Bahamas, Europe, India, and Africa. 

Tina sits on various boards including non for profit organisations. She has sat on boards with the former President of Croatia – H.E Kolinda, Former President of Mauritius – H.E Ameenah and many other global figure heads. 

Tina is an ordained minister, married to her best friend called Peter, and is a mother to 7 children & 2 grand children.
